We met in a way only God could’ve planned. While Brooke was at the University of Alabama and Whitt was at Auburn University, we crossed paths through one of Brooke’s first Chi Omega friends, Ryan—who also happens to be Whitt’s cousin. We met for the first time at their grandparent’s lake house on Easter weekend of 2022.

Not long after that, we spent countless hours on the phone getting to know each other. Our first official weekend together was at Whitt’s pharmacy school formal in Auburn, and from there, our relationship began. We started dating in April 2023 and made the most of long-distance weekends between Tuscaloosa and Auburn.

Whitt proposed the day after Brooke’s graduation at Lake Nicol—a place full of some of our favorite memories going on hikes and picnics. Afterward, we went back to Brooke’s college house to celebrate with all our closest family and friends.

Now we’re getting ready for our next chapter together—finally in the same city. Whitt is finishing pharmacy school in Auburn, and Brooke is starting her career in finance. We’re so excited to build a life side by side, grow in our faith, and keep God at the center of our marriage. We’re looking forward to the adventures ahead and the future we’re building together—with love, purpose, and grace.
